888sports Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules

 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 888sports ("Platform", "we", "our") and you ("Member", "User") with respect to the use of all services made available at 888sports.world, including sports betting, live casino games, crash games, roulette, and any other products available on the platform.

By creating an account on 888sports, making a deposit, or using any service on the platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full, as well as our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which form an integral part of this document.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use 888sports services. Continued use of the platform after any updates to the Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To create an account on 888sports and use its services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registration) validly issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not be included on any sports betting or gambling self-exclusion list in Brazil;
• Not be an employee, partner, affiliate, or family member of an 888sports employee;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.

888sports reserves the right to request proof of any of these requirements at any time and to suspend or close accounts whose holders do not meet these criteria.

2.2 One Account per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on 888sports. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, phone number, residential address, or device is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts may result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved and the withholding of balances pending investigation.

2.3 Registration Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided at registration. The basic information required includes: full name as it appears on your ID, CPF, date of birth, full address, a valid email address, and an active Brazilian mobile number. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings obtained.

 3. Identity Verification (KYC)

888sports applies an identity verification process (known as KYC — Know Your Customer) in compliance with the anti-money laundering and consumer protection regulations currently in force in Brazil. This process may be required prior to the release of the first withdrawal or at any point during use of the platform.

The documents that may be requested include:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) — front and back;
• Physical CPF card or proof of registration status with the Receita Federal;
• Recent proof of address (utility bill for water, electricity, or gas, or a bank statement less than 3 months old);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (bank statement or screenshot from the banking app).

The KYC document review period is up to 48 business hours after full submission. Withdrawals are held during this period. 888sports does not charge fees for the verification process. If verification fails due to data inconsistencies, support will reach out to request additional documentation.

 4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

888sports accepts the following payment methods for deposits, all operating exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$):

• Pix — preferred method; credit confirmed in seconds; available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays;
• Boleto bancário — processing time of up to 1 business day;
• Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard) — credited within 10 minutes;
• PicPay — credited within 5 minutes;
• Mercado Pago — credited within 5 minutes;
• TED Transfer via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Santander, and other Brazilian banks.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum amount per deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though members may set personalized limits through the responsible gambling tools available in the account dashboard. Deposits above certain amounts may be subject to additional security verification.

4.3 Payment Ownership

All deposits must be made from accounts or cards held exclusively in the name of the member registered with 888sports. Payments from third parties, business accounts, or financial instruments not matching the member's registered details are not accepted. Deposits made in violation of this rule will be returned to the original account holder and the account may be suspended for investigation.

 5. Withdrawals

5.1 Method & Timeframe

Withdrawals at 888sports are processed exclusively via Pix, within 5 minutes after approval, with no fees charged, to any Pix key registered with a Brazilian bank. The Pix key used for withdrawals must be linked to an account held in the member's own name.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum amount per withdrawal request is R$ 20.00. Requests below this amount will not be processed, and the balance will remain available in the account for betting or accumulation until the minimum is reached.

5.3 Withdrawal Release Conditions

For a withdrawal to be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• The account must have completed and approved KYC verification;
• The balance available for withdrawal may not include bonus credits whose rollover requirement has not yet been met;
• There must be no open investigation or dispute on the account;
• The payment method must be in the member's own name.

5.4 Bonus Balance and Real Balance

888sports keeps real money balances (deposited by the member) and bonus balances separate. Only the real balance and winnings generated after full rollover completion are available for withdrawal. Unredeemed bonus balance is non-withdrawable and will be removed if the rollover period expires without completion.

 6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

The 888sports welcome bonus offers 200% of the first deposit amount, with a maximum limit of R$ 1,000.00 in bonus credits. The bonus is credited automatically after the first deposit is confirmed, with no promo code required. To release bonus-generated winnings for withdrawal, a rollover of 5x the sum of the deposit plus the bonus received within 30 calendar days from the date of the deposit.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion is valid for one use per account, CPF, address, and device;
• Bets with odds below 1.20 do not count toward rollover completion;
• Cancelled, voided, or handicap-draw bets do not count toward the rollover;
• 888sports reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any associated winnings if there is suspicion of abuse or use that does not comply with the rules;
• The specific terms of each promotion take precedence over general rules in the event of any conflict;
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts.

6.3 Other Promotions

888sports offers recurring promotions for active members, including weekly cashback, reload bonuses, boosted odds on Brazilian football classics, and the VIP program. The terms of each promotion are published individually on the platform and should be reviewed before participating. 888sports may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion without prior notice, as long as this does not affect bonuses already active in members' accounts.

 7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

888sports reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected match-fixing, unusual wagers that fall outside normal market patterns, or errors in odds publication. Bets already confirmed by the system are binding on both parties, except in the circumstances described in the void bets section.

7.2 Bet Voiding

A bet may be voided in the following situations:

• The event is cancelled or postponed and does not take place within 24 hours of the original scheduled time;
• The odds were published with an obvious error (typo or value clearly outside market range);
• The event is declared without an official result by the sport's governing body;
• There is verified match-fixing evidence recognized by the competent authority.

In the event of a void bet, the full wagered amount is returned to the member's account balance.

7.3 Live Betting

Live bets on 888sports are subject to technical delays between the event broadcast and odds updates. 888sports is not responsible for bets placed based on information the bettor had access to before the odds reflected the current state of play. Live bets confirmed by the system are considered valid even if placed during a momentary odds update.

 8. Casino and Games

The casino games available on 888sports — including live roulette, crash games, slots, blackjack, baccarat, and more — use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent, internationally recognized laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the individual game rules on the platform.

By participating in live casino games, the member accepts that the dealer's and system's decisions are final and cannot be disputed after each round is completed. In the event of a technical failure during a game round, 888sports will apply the resolution procedure described in each game's specific rules, which may include voiding the round and returning all bets.

888sports does not guarantee winnings in any casino game. All games involve financial risk, and outcomes are determined by certified random processes. Members should play within their financial means.

 9. User Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on 888sports:

• Creating more than one account to accumulate bonuses or circumvent restrictions;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any auto-betting software;
• Placing bets in coordination with other members to guarantee outcomes regardless of the event (synchronized betting);
• Placing bets on both sides of the same event from different accounts to meet rollover requirements without real risk;
• Using privileged or inside information about sporting events to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to hack, overload, or otherwise compromise the platform's technical infrastructure;
• Providing false information at any stage of registration or identity verification;
• Using funds of unlawful origin to make deposits on 888sports.

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all associated bonuses and winnings, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required under Brazilian law.

 10. Account Closure

10.1 Closure by the Member

Any member may request closure of their account at any time by contacting 888sports support at suporte@888sports.world. Prior to closure, the available real-money balance (excluding unreleased bonuses) will be returned to the member via Pix. Processing of the request takes up to 5 business days.

10.2 Closure by 888sports

888sports reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following situations, without prior notice:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of a third party's identity;
• Self-exclusion request by the member or by a responsible family member;
• A judicial or administrative order issued by a competent Brazilian authority;
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, 888sports may retain the bonus balance and any associated winnings. The real deposit balance may be returned following a completed investigation, at the platform's discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

 11. Responsible Gambling

888sports believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional stress. That's why we provide a full suite of responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from each member's account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: daily, weekly, and monthly limits, configurable by the member;
• Loss limits: per session or per period, preventing you from losing more than you set;
• Session time alerts: notifications when you have been playing for an extended period;
• Temporary account pause: voluntary self-exclusion for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: permanent block of at least 6 months, with the possibility of extension;

 12. Limitation of Liability

888sports shall not be held liable for any financial losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to: losses on sports bets, losses on casino games, betting decisions based on third-party information, or service interruptions caused by internet failures, user device issues, or events beyond the platform's control (force majeure).

888sports does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability and may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance that results in temporary service downtime. In such cases, bets already placed will be preserved, and live bets affected by a technical failure will be handled in accordance with the void rules described in section 7.

Under no circumstances shall 888sports's total liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the preceding 12 months, except where Brazilian law establishes a different limit.

 13. Privacy and Personal Data

The personal data of 888sports members is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, and fulfillment of regulatory obligations.

888sports does not sell members' personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment partners, technology providers, and competent authorities solely when necessary for the secure operation of the platform or to meet legal obligations.  14. Changes to the Terms

888sports may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian law, our services, or our operational practices. Members will be notified of significant changes with at least 7 days' notice by email or in-platform notification.

Continued use of 888sports after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may request account closure before the effective date at no penalty, and your available real-money balance will be refunded in full. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the last updated date shown at the top.

 15. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including Law No. 14,790/2023 and other sports betting regulations established by the Ministry of Finance and the relevant regulatory authorities. Any dispute arising from the use of 888sports must first be submitted through our internal complaints resolution process, available via the support channel.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, both parties agree that the courts of the member's domicile in Brazil shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
